Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

While dismissing the writ petition, this Court imposed a cost of Rs.50,000/- vide order dated 25.2.2013. Thereafter, the instant application has been preferred for recall of the order.

As sufficient ground has been shown by the applicant, the cost levied upon the petitioner is reduced to Rs.1,000/- from Rs.50,000/-.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
