ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 21-3-2014 in I.A.No.274/2014 in MVOP No.528/1998 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge-cum-Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ongole.
The petitioner filed the above mentioned I.A. by pleading that no notice need be issued to the respondents before executing the decree. This plea has been rejected by the lower Court.
In my opinion, by issuing notice to the respondents, no prejudice is caused to the petitioner. Therefore, the application filed by the petitioner was rightly dismissed by the lower Court.
For the above mentioned reasons, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
