Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 3.
The petitioner through this writ petition wants that the District Magistrate should remove the illegal encroachment of the respondents no. 4 & 5 from the alleged property of the petitioner. The relief which the petitioner is seeking is directed against the private respondents no. 4 & 5 and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. It is accordingly dismissed.
