(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) It appears that pursuant to order dated 28.1.2011 passed in Civil Application No. 16893 of 2010 as clarified by order dated 25.3.2011 passed in Civil Application No. 3310 of 2011, the applicant has deposited sum of Rs.590963.00 towards principal and Rs. 6,00,000.00 towards the interest. Learned Counsel for the respondent however urged and we find prima facie worth in her contention that such amount would not cover the interest payable by the applicant under above mentioned interim order.
Applicant to calculate the interest and deposit deficit before the trial court by the next date of hearing. S.O. to 5.4.2011.
