This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to the trial Court concerned to ensure the recovery of maintenance amount about Rs. 5,00,000/- from opposite party no.2 in Case No. 230 of 2013, Smt. Santra versus Pramod, under Section 128 Cr.P.C., P.S. Panwara, District Jaunpur.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A and perused the record.
All the submissions that have been raised are in the nature regarding which the court below has all the powers to look into the same and do the needful. It is not for this Court to enter into those details. The applicants shall have an opportunity to move an application before the court concerned expressing their grievance. If such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the court below shall look into the same and will pass appropriate orders and do the needful in accordance with law expeditiously at the earliest.
With the aforesaid observation, the application is disposed off.
