Heard Sri Rajpal Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court with the prayer that in the death certificate of her husband, name of father of her husband has wrongly been mentioned and, therefore, the petitioner is not able to draw the family pension to which she claims that she is entitled.
The petitioner claims that she has moved an application under Section 15 of the Registration Birth and Death Act, 1969 before the respondent No.3, which is pending and it is prayed that a direction be issued to the respondent No.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation giving all the details alongwith certified copy of this order, the respondent No.3 will consider the same and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, after due inquiry within a period of two months.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally
disposed of.
