1.0 After completion of the submissions of learned advocate Mr. Supehia, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Pujari has drawn the attention of this Court that, as mentioned in affidavit in reply, the present petitioner has earlier filed Special Civil Application No. 4959 of 1981, which has been disposed of on 5th February 1982 and subsequently he has filed another Special Civil Application No. 2909 of 1983, which has also been disposed of on 10th April 1986 and the third Special Civil Application No. 3237 of 1987 with Civil Application No. 13905 of 1999 was disposed of on 13th December 1999. Referring the R&P of this petition, it appears that the copy of the order dated 13th December 1999, passed in Special Civil Application No. 3237 of 1987 with Civil Application No. 13905 of 1999 has only been produced by the petitioner.
2.0 Considering the question involved in the present petition, in my view, for proper adjudication of the same, the copies of the petitions as well as copies of the orders of earlier proceedings should be on the record. Hence, the petitioner of this Special Civil Application is directed to produce the same on record, on or before 13th April 2012. The matter is adjourned to 13th April 2012 at 4:00 p.m. [ G. B.
