Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri I.P. Srivastava, the learned A.G.A. for the State as well as Sri Mithilesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the informant and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.524 of 2018, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 I.P.C., Police Station Shikohabad, District- Firozabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
Learned A.G.A. has produced for the perusal of the Court the instructions provided to him and from which it is revealed that the applicant stands arraigned as an accused in ten previous criminal cases including for offences under Sections 302, 307 I.P.C. and Gangster Act. The Court notes that although it is alleged in the application that the applicant has not been convicted, there has been a deliberate failure to make a candid disclosure with a clear intent to mislead.
Consequently, the application is rejected on this ground alone.
