Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

Learned standing counsel states on instructions that F.I.R. No.310 of 2019, under Sections 363 and 366 I.P.C., Police Station Bahjoi, district Sambhal, has been registered against the petitioner no.2.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the F.I.R. before the appropriate Court.
