Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 to 4.
The petitioner by means of present writ petition has prayed for following relief:-
"2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus calling for the record and directing the respondents to disburse the salary of the petitioner against 90 days, Child Care Leave/Earned Leave and six weeks Abortion Leave, payment of her arrears of E-Lecture recording and Travel Allowances, payment of interest on late payment of salary against 180 days' Maternity Leave and 11 days' Earned Leave, payment of salary increments since July, 2019, as well as payment of Rs.1,02,386/- spend by the petitioner on the oral assurance of the respondent no.4 in repairing of the Government accommodation allotted to her in a dilapidated condition, along with interest."
The grievance of the petitioner is that neither the respondent no.2 has considered her representations nor has passed any order for payment of aforesaid due amount.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2- Director, Directorate of Technical Education, UP, Kanpur, raising all her grievances within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same by reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of subject to the observations made above.
