THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R-1 AND 2 TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATIONS DT:29.3.2019 SUBMITTED BY THE PETITIONER VIDE ANNEXURE-D AND E STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT CONTAINED IN THE TENDER DOCUMENT ISSUED BY R-1 VIDE ANNEXURE-C, AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-

Sri.Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representations dated 29.03.2019 submitted by the petitioner contained in Annexures-D and E within a fixed time limit.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner contained in Annexures-D and E within a fixed time limit by a speaking order in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
