By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.1, Mau, District Mau to conclude and decide Case No.G.T. No.91A of 2012, State vs. Santosh Singh and others, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangester and Anti Social Activities Prevention Act, 1986, P.S. Kowtali, District Mau arising out of case crime no.47 of 2010.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.1, Mau, District Mau to consider and decide Case No.G.T. No.91A of 2012, State vs. Santosh Singh and others, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangester and Anti Social Activities Prevention Act, 1986, P.S. Kowtali, District Mau arising of of case crime no.47 of 2010 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
