4) Excise Commissioner, Karnataka State Excise Department, Vokkaligara Bhavan, K.R. Circle, (Hudson Circle), Bengaluru -560 001. ... Respondents (By Smt. Niloufer Akbar, AGA) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order dated 21.11.2014 being the original of Annexure – M issued by the R-2 herein and etc.
These petitions coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:
