This writ petition is directed against an order dated 15.7.2020, which records that petitioner has not taken requisite steps to ensure proper lighting on NOIDA-Greater NOIDA Expressway between 7.00 to 8.00 p.m. on 5.7.2020. The order is assailed on the ground that petitioner was on leave since 29th June, 2020 due to poor health of his father. Subsequently petitioner has represented in the matter pointing out the correct facts and various recommendations have been made by the officials of authority for withdrawing the order itself.
Sri Shivam Yadav, who represents NOIDA Authority states that in case petitioner raises his claim before the competent authority, his claim shall be got examined, in accordance with law.
Since the petitioner has already represented in the matter before respondent no.2 and various reports etc. appears to have been submitted on different dates, it would be appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent no.2 to take a final decision upon petitioner's pending representation, within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
