On the matter being taken up today, learned A.G.A. submits that the viscera report of the deceased has not been received by him till date.
From the record, it appears that the hearing of the present bail application was deferred on 02.11.2018 on the same ground. However, in the interest of justice, the hearing of the present bail application be deferred again.
Accordingly, put up this case as a fresh case on 04.12.2018.
It is made clear that the learned A.G.A. shall positively obtain the viscera report of the deceased by the next date.
Let communication of this order be sent to the Director Forensic Science Laboratory concerned to ensure compliance of this order at his end.
