Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court of VIth Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar to decide Suit No. 1129 of 2006 within a stipulated period.
It is the case of the petitioner that the matter is pending at the stage of recording of statement of P.W.2 and for the last two years, the matter is being adjourned from one date to the other.
Considering that the suit is of the year 2006 and already over a decade has passed, this petition is disposed off by providing that the court concerned shall endeavour to bring the suit proceeding to its logical conclusion expeditiously, in accordance with law, without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties concerned, unless there is any legal impediment in doing so.
