JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed against an award passed by the Workmen's Compensation Commissioner. It was rightly pointed out by the learned standing counsel that the said order is appealable under Section 30 of the Act.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy.
