Petitioners were initially appointed as untrained teachers in the respondent institution on different dates from the year 1994 to 1998. A Government Order is claimed to have been issued on 9th December, 2003, whereby requirement of training was exempted w.e.f. 31st December, 2003 for those teachers, who have already completed 05 years service as Assistant Teacher. Petitioners submit that service benefit have been extended to them from the year 2013, whereas such benefit was liable to have been extended from 31st December, 2003. In respect of such grievance, petitioners have already approached the District Inspector of Schools, Deoria.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioners shall be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioners to approach respondent no.2, in respect of their grievance annexing all relevant materials in support of their claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
