JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri R. B. Sahai learned counsel for the respondents.
Petitioners have taken loan in the year 2005 to the tune of Rs. 3,10,000/-. According to the petitioners, petitioners have deposited Rs.1,03,000/- up-till-date, but no statement of account or detail has been provided by the Bank. Petitioners submit that they are ready to deposit the amount, but in installments.
In such circumstances, it is provided that in case, petitioners deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- by 31st of August, 2010 in a first installment and make an application before the respondent No.2 regarding the balance amount, the same may be provided within two weeks by the respondent No.2.
In such circumstances, if the statement of account is given by the respondent No.2, the balance amount with interest maybe paid by the petitioners in three equal quarterly installments on or before 30th of the relevant month till the final loan is paid.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
No order as to costs.
