JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred for compassionate appointment keeping in view the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ram Kesh Yadav passed by the Division Bench of this Court.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the application moved by the petitioner is pending for consideration.
Keeping in view the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents and without entering into the merit of the case, we dispose of the writ petition directing the opposite party no. 1 to look into the matter and take a decision with regard to petitioner's appointment keeping in view the aforesaid judgment of this Court by passing a speaking and reasoned order, expeditiously say, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It shall be open for the petitioner to submit fresh representation. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner.
Subject to above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
