1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned C.S.C.
2. Insofar as it is admitted that the petitioner was suspended by the order dated 06.08.2013 and the challenge to the same had been raised more than five years thereafter, no interference is warranted with the suspension order.
3. However, keeping in mind the fact that the suspension order cannot continue indefinitely and the domestic enquiry that may have been initiated ought to have been concluded much before today, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 3 - District Inspector of Schools, District Meerut to ensure that the proceedings that may have been initiated pursuant to the suspension order dated 06.08.2013 may be concluded, as expeditiously as possible, necessarily within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
4. The petitioner further undertakes to participate in the proceedings and not to seek any adjournment in that regard.
