Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Prakash Padia, learned counsel for the respondent - University.
Sri Prakash Padia, learned counsel for the respondent - University, states that representation of the petitioner has been decided by the competent authority of the University by order dated 23.7.2018, which is not under challenge in the present writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he shall file a fresh writ petition to challenge the order dated 23.7.2018.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
