Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.2, i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh to decide the mutation case No.T201815060301078 under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 regard the land Gata No.633, 770, 232, 302kha, 745, 767J, 691/1051, area 0.0920 hectare, 1.3170 hectare, 0.0970 hectare, 0.0830 hectare, 0.0560 hectare, 0.0260 hectare, 0.0060 hectare, 0.0040 hectare total 8 plots area 1.6810 hectare on the basis of sale deed dated 15.03.2018 executed by Rajeshwari w/o Tej Bahadur, taking at the considerable amount to the extent of her share 1.500 hectare equal to 3.705 are equal to 15005.25 Sq. meter situated in village Balaipur, Pargana Mahul, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh in some specified period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved because his mutation application filed in March 2018 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
