Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.
The present petition has been filed by the informant seeking direction to the respondents no. 2 and 3 to conduct fair investigation pursuant to the first information report dated 17.08.2019 registered as Case Crime no. 0408 of 2019, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 342, 506 I.P.C and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Sikandrarao, District Hathras.
The allegation in the writ petition is that the police are acting in collusion with the accused persons and till date no accused has been arrested nor any charge sheet has been submitted by the police. It is further submitted that the respondents no. 4 to 7 are rich and powerful persons having political connection and they are pressurizing the petitioner to enter into compromise. The petitioner also moved an application in this regard to the respondent no.2 on 05.10.2019 through registered post.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the FIR, this writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties No. 2 and 3 to ensure a fair and proper investigation in the aforesaid First Information Report and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
