Heard Sri Punya Sheel Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1-Consolidation Officer, Soraon, Allahabad to decide the case no. 54/1039/1040 filed under Section 9A (2) of U.P.C.H. Act within stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the objection under Section 9A (2) of U.P.C.H. Act filed by the petitioner on 6.11.2012, is pending since then.
Under these circumstances, respondent no.1-Consolidation Officer, Soraon, Allahabad is directed to decide the case no. 54/1039/1040 filed under Section 9A (2) of U.P.C.H. Act as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
