Heard Sri V.P. Srivastava, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri Mohit Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State.
By means of instant criminal revision, the revisionist is assailing the validity and legality of the order dated 11.1.2021 whereby discharge application 24Kha was declined by the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge P.C. Act, Special Court No.3, Varanasi.
I have carefully gone through the entire order impugned and I am in agreement with the reasons attributed by the learned court below in paragraph 6,7,8 and 12 of the order. I do not find any reason to exercise my powers under Section 397/401 CrPC.
The revision is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
