By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1, the Naib Tehsildar, City, Jaunpur, to decide the petitioner's Mutation Case No. T-201614360407159 (Santosh Kumar Sonkar Vs. Shyama Devi), expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1, the Naib Tehsildar, City, Jaunpur, to decide the petitioner's Mutation Case No. T-201614360407159 (Santosh Kumar Sonkar Vs. Shyama Devi), in accordance with law, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
