By means of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 13.2.2018, by which being a pharmacist the petitioner has been transferred from the office of C.M.O., Gorakhpur to the office of C.M.O., Azamgarh.
It is not disputed that the petitioner holds a transferable post. Transfer being a condition and incidence of service, I am not inclined to interfere with the same. However, if the transfer causes any personal hardship to any employee, it is always open for him to approach the higher authority by filing a representation.
In case such a representation is filed before the respondent no. 2, he shall consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is presented before it.
