It is alleged that the petitioner is senior most Lecturer in the Institution and has been authorised to officiate as Principal. Petitioner's signatures have also been attested by the District Inspector of Schools, Fatehpur on 5th December, 2016. Grievance of the petitioner is that in terms of the provisions of the U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection Board, Act, 1982, petitioner is not being paid salary of the post of Principal, although he is working as such. Since various representations have been made in that regard and no decision has been taken, the petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel states that such grievance of the petitioner may be examined by the competent authority, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before the respondent no. 2 alongwith a certified copy of this order, annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim. The claim of the petitioner for payment of salary shall be examined by respondent no. 2 and he shall pass a reasoned order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the respondent no. 4, within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before him.
