Before this Court could have proceed to enter into the matter on merit, learned counsel appearing for the District Basic Eduction Officer, Etawah has submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 20th October, 2018 has already been under consideration in respect of the grievance raised by the petitioner.
In view of the statement so made, let the decision be taken on the representation dated 20th October, 2018 by the District Basic Education Officer, Etawah within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this Court.
The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
