Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed for issuing a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to forthwith pay the selection grade, super selection grade and pay grade Rs. 4800, 5400 and 6600 to the petitioner which remains unpaid in spite of lapse of 9 years from the retirement of the petitioner and to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 18.8.2017 the suspension period from 19.10.1983 to 21.1.1994 was treated to be in service and he was found to be entitled for full salary. However, his claim for selection grade and pay grade as prayed in prayer one is not being considered.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner can be suitably looked into by the respondent no.2- Deputy Inspector General of Police, Agra Range, District Agra.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file representation before the respondent no.2- Deputay Inspector General of Police, Agra Range, who shall consider the same on its own merits strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh representation for this purpose.
With this observation, present petition stands disposed of.
