Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to District Magistrate, Bareilly (respondent-2) to decide Application dated 12.9.2016 for grant of Fire Arm Licence, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the concerned authority, according to provisions as provided under Rule 13 of Arms Rules, 2016.
