Case has been called out in the revised list. Sri Praveen Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri L.M.Singh, learned counsel for the applicant states that he is having no instruction in the matter. However, the name of Sri M.R.Singh is also shown the cause list as counsel for the applicant but he is not present.
Learned counsel for the opposite-party no.2 and the learned AGA for the State are present.
The present matter is of the year 2007.
It appears that by efflux of time, either the parties have lost their interest in the matter or it has become infructuous.
In view thereof, no purpose would be served in keeping the application pending further, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, in case, cause of action still survives, liberty is granted to the applicants to file an application for recalling this order.
