JUDGMENT / ORDER

Despite the notice being sent to the sole respondent, the sole respondent has not put in appearance. The appellant is the husband and respondent is the wife. The husband filed the suit for divorce which has been rejected by the trial court and appeal has also been dismissed.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that respondent resides at Auraiya.
Let a notice be served through Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya.
List on 7.5.2012. Both appellant as well as respondent shall appear in person in the Court.
