JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 3 and have perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and on perusal of the FIR lodged under Sections 302/34 IPC, wherein the allegations made against the petitioner are serious in nature, in our view, no good ground is made out for quashing the FIR.
This writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it shall be open for the petitioner to apply for bail, which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law.
