This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(A)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Tehsildar, (Judicial), Tehsil-Hata, District-Kushinagar (respondent no.2) to decide the Case No. 04597 of 2018 (Computerized Case No. T- 201805440204597) (Santosh Kumar Sahi Vs. Shailesh Mishra), under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period."
Petitioner is aggrieved on account of pendency of a mutation application filed by him, in December, 2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the mutation application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
