The petitioner is an informant of case crime no. 0707 of 2005 Police Station- Sirsaganj, District - Firozabad out of which Sessions Trial No. 181 of 2016 has arisen and is pending in the Sessions Court, Firozabad.
It appears that an accused has been added in exercise of power under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and for securing his presence non bailable warrant has been issued but, according to the petitioner, the said accused has not appeared as yet.
This petition has been filed for a direction upon the State- respondents to ensure arrest/presence of the said accused.
As the Sessions Court is already seized of the matter, no specific direction is required by this Court. It is expected that Sessions Court shall take all necessary steps to ensure arrest/presence of that person in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed off.
