Court No. - 6
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 23750 of 2018 Petitioner :- Santosh Kumar Prajapati And 6 Others Respondent :- Union Of India And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Dadhi Bal Yadav,Manoj Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I.,Gyan Prakash
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Gyan Prakash, learned counsel who has appeared for the respondents.
Sri Gyan Prakash has placed on record the instructions received from the respondents. The said instructions are taken on record and for the purpose of identification marked as 'X'.
According to the respondents while four of the petitioners were declared unfit, rest of them had obtained marks lesser than the cut of fixed. The Court, further bears in mind, that the results of the examination were declared as far back as in 2011. Although learned counsel refers to certain directions issued by a learned Judge in Ajit Singh & others Vs. Union of India and others, Writ-A No.- 48354 of 2017, undisputely the petitioner was not a party to those proceedings. The Court further finds itself unable to recognise any general direction issued in that case which may operate in favour of the petitioners.
On an overall conspectus of the aforesaid facts, this Court finds no ground to continue these proceedings any further. The writ petition is disposed of.
