No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. However the Court has perused the records.
The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 31.5.2008 passed by the Deputy District Magistrate, Maharajganj as well as against the order dated 6.6.2019 passed by the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad (hereinafter referred to as, 'Board of Revenue').
The order dated 6.6.2019 passed by the Board of Revenue on the ground that the revision filed before it was a second revision and was not maintainable.
There is no illegality in the order dated 6.6.2019 passed by the Board of Revenue. So far as the order dated 31.5.2008 passed by the Deputy District Magistrate is concerned, it is evident that the order is an interlocutory order and does not finally decide the rights of the parties.
In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
