The present application u/s 482 has been filed in Sessions Trial No. 55 of 2016 (State vs. Anoop Singh) under Sections 307, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(V) SC/ST Act, arising out of Case Crime No. 58 of 2015, Police Station- Chetganj, District- Varanasi, pending before the learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Varanasi.
The submission is that the trial is pending since the year 2017 and as yet only three witnesses have been examined and two prosecutions witnesses are yet to be examined.
This application is disposed of directing the court below for conclude the trial of the above noted case within nine months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order.
