1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 22.07.1995 passed by IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehpur in Criminal Appeal No.48 of 1994 whereby appeal has been allowed and order dated 10.10.1994 has been set aside and application of accused-respondent for delivery of Jeep No.DNA 5346 has also been allowed. Appellate Court has also directed the concerned Chief Judicial Magistrate to seize the aforesaid jeep from possession of revisionist and hand over to accused- respondent.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
