The present revision has been filed by the revisionist for setting aside the impugned judgment and order dated 15.01.2017 passed by learend Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Jaunpur in Criminal Appeal No.70 of 2009 (Santosh Kumar Mishra @ Pappu & another vs. State of U.P.) and order dated 04.11.2009 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate-2nd, Jaunpur in Criminal Case No.2389 of 2005 (State vs. Santosh Kumar & another) arising out of Case Crime No.17 of 2002, under Section 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Sujanganj, District Jaunpur.
The revisionists are punished for imprisonment of two years rigorous with a fine of Rs.5000/- each. Now learned counsel for the revisionists submits that the revisionists have already in the prison for more than one year.
Considering the facts of the present case, the revisionists Santosh Kumar Mishra Alias Pappu and Uma Shanker Mishra convicted and sentenced in Criminal Case No.2389 of 2005 (State vs. Santosh Kumar & another) arising out of Case Crime No.17 of 2002, under Section 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Sujanganj, District Jaunpur be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bonds with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
On acceptance of bail bonds and personal bonds, the lower court shall transmit Photostat copies thereof to this Court for being kept on the record.
