Heard Sri R.R. Agarwal, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Shailesh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel through Video Conferencing.
In paragraph 8 of the writ petition the petitioner has stated that he has filed an online Application No.211840030045507, dated 23.03.2021 for issuance of caste certificate before the respondent no.5, which has been illegally denied.
Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in the event the application of the petitioner for caste certificate is still pending before the competent authority, the same shall be decided by the concerned authority, in accordance with law, within 24 hours of the submission of a self attested computer generated copy of this order.
