JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A.No.14219 (W.P.) of 2012) This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the opposite parties, therefore, the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition. He prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
