Heard Sri Shakeel Ahmad Azmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding or directing to respondents to appoint the petitioner in ground of compassionate in dying-in-harness rules according to educational qualification of the petitioner.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding or directing to respondents consideration the application / representation of the petitioner which is pending the concerned authorities dated 10.5.2016 Annexure No. I and last representation dated 23.1.2018 Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition.

The petitioner is claiming appointment on compassionate ground in place of his late father Deo Raj, who was working as Principal in Rajkiya Inter College Shekhpur, Pratapgarh. It was submitted that the Joint Director of Education has already forwarded the papers of the petitioner vide letter dated 25.7.2017, however, till date no decision has been taken.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the grievance of the petitioner can be considered at the first instance by the respondent no. 3.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3-Director of Education Madhyamik Board, Allahabad to decide the representation of the petitioner preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to inform Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent about this order in writing.
