Heard Sri Satish Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Pramod Shukla for informant respondent No.3.
The contention of the petitioner is that a civil suit is going on between the parties and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the Case Crime No. 0225 of 2019 under Sections 386, 286, 504 and 506 I.P.C, P.S. Kydganj, District Prayagraj.
Sri Pramod Shukla, counsel for respondent No.3 does not dispute the fact that a civil litigation is going on between the parties.
The arrest of the petitioner shall remain stayed in Case Crime No. 0225 of 2019 under Sections 386, 286, 504 and 506 I.P.C, P.S. Kydganj, District Prayagraj till the submission of police report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation.
The petition stands disposed of.
