Learned counsel for the appellant states that the office has wrongly mentioned that certificate of deposit has not been deposited.
I do not find any certificate of deposit.
It is the appellant, who has to deposit the amount if he is the owner which has not yet deposited.
This appeal is, therefore, dismissed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 with exemplary cost of Rs.50,000/-.
The cost be deposited by Sri S.P. Sharma, Advocate. F.O.
On oral request the order passed is stayed. Appellant to remove defect on or before 13th August.
