The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Mutation Case No.488 of 2016 (Santosh Kumar Agrawal Vs. Kanhaiya Lal) under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Ballia may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.488 of 2016 (Santosh Kumar Agrawal Vs. Kanhaiya Lal) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
