Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Mangla Prasad Rai appears for second and third respondent.
The petitioners are before this Court for a direction to third respondent i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Sonbhadra to consider and appoint the petitioners as Assistant Teacher against the 40 post of Ex-Army (horizontal reservation) and 7 posts of Scheduled Castes in the vacancy of 16448 of Assistant Teachers in pursuance of Circular dated 13.12.2017 and 19.02.2018 passed by second respondent i.e. Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P., Allahabad.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the third respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
