Santosh Kesarwani & 3 Others vs State Of U.P. & 2 Others

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|28 August, 2014

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vivek Kumar Birla,J.
The petitioners are claiming police protection.
There appears to be a private dispute within within family itself and cases are being registered. There does not appear to be an apparent threat perception and imminent danger to the life of the petitioners so as to warrant exercise of our powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. In case there is such apprehension to the petitioners, it is open for the petitioners to apply for protection provided under the Government Order dated 9th May, 2014.
We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage and it is accordingly dismissed.
Order Date :- 28.8.2014 SKS
